Scientists from the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) in Switzerland co-located their Humidified nephelometer with the ARM Mobile Facility near Heselbach, Germany in the Black Forest Region to inter-compare their system with that of the ARM Aerosol Observing System. This campaign helped both the AOS and the PSI groups to find uncertainties and differences between the measurements and better refine the instrumentation.
