surthref: Surface Temperature and Humidity Reference System for Sondes

The Surface Temperature and Humidity Reference (SURTHREF) system provides accurate reference values of ambient temperature and relative humidity for comparison with radiosonde prelaunch values at the Southern Great Plains site.
