hvps-air: High Volume Precipitation Spectrometer aboard aircraft

The high-volume precipitation spectrometer (HVPS) is an airborne optical instrument that measures the size, shape, and concentration of water drops and ice crystals in the atmosphere from 150 micron to 3 mm.
