Cloud properties were derived from data acquired with University of Wisconsin High Spectral Resolution Lidar during its 6-week MPACE deployment. This poster presents statistics on: 1) the altitude and temperature distribution of optical depth and cloud phase. 2) the dependence of lidar depolarization and backscatter phase function on temperature. and 3) the relative importance of ice and water phases to visible wavelength optical depth. These results will be compared to similar results observed during the first 8-months of our current deployment at Eureka, Canada (80N, 86.2W).
This poster will be displayed at the ARM Science Team Meeting.
