Purdue University Seeks Assistant Professor

The Department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences at Purdue University seeks a visiting professor to teach courses for meteorology majors beginning in August 2014. The chosen candidate will teach courses in the areas of atmospheric measurements and observations, atmospheric thermodynamics and physical meteorology, as well as courses in the candidate’s field of specialization. This is a one-year appointment, with the possibility of renewal for one additional year.

Applicant screening will begin June 2, 2014, and will continue until the position is filled. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in atmospheric or related sciences.
