The 7th annual Asia Oceania Geosciences Society (AOGS) General Meeting and Exhibition will be held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, India, on July 5-9, 2010. The society’s mission is to promote geophysical science for the benefit of humanity in Asia and Oceania. In 2009, the meeting included over 1100 participants from 52 countries.
Members of the ARM community may be interested in attending sessions on the following topics: atmospheric science, hydrological science, ocean science, planetary science, solar and terrestrial science, or solid Earth science. Attendees may also participate in interdisciplinary working groups on such topics as: natural hazards, earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanoes; non-linear geophysics; and polar research.
