BNL to field and operate the chemical gas analyzers (specifically the NO, NO2, NOy, NOy*, O3, SO2, CO and PILS instruments) to collect 15-s, 60-s, 15-min, and 1-h data from the BNL Mobile Research Facility operating during the 2001 NE-OPS Air Quality experiment based at the Baxter Water Treatment Plant in Philadelphia, PA.
