ARM Program involvement at the 84th Annual AMS Conference kicked off with participation in Weatherfest on Sunday, January 11. This free, four-hour science and weather day is geared toward the general public, with hands on demonstrations, videos, and experiments. Beginning on Monday and lasting through Thursday, ARM scientists will present progress and results of their research ranging from new shortwave radiation modeling approaches to the mechanisms of dust-climate interactions. ARM is also hosting a display both with interactive informational kiosks in the event's exhibit hall during the weeklong meeting.
